We'll see how all this goes....perhaps I was a bit hasty in eliminating my original page, but wanted this homepage to be this blog and only this blog

I'll have to write more later, but for now, I would, if I were you, run out and purchase the Animatrix immediately. In many ways its more satisfying than Reloaded. Its mising the kung fu obsession that the Brothers have. Animation is top rate, and it fills in some holes in Reloaded. Very nice.

The matrix world is so fantastically rich. It has given us a new reason to imagine. Heaven, hell, fantasy -- these genres are rich, but many have trouble suspending disbelief. I think the Matrix is a world where geeks can let their imagination go. There is nothing ludicruous when you're perception of reality is a fantasy itself.

Thinking about it, I've come to understand that in many ways the Matrix is an anti-heaven. Instead of imagination and greatness with eternal God, we have imagination inside the worst nightmare. Yes, its cool to control the world like Neo, to have the power to fly. But the power is rooted in that worlds falseness. Winning a battle in that world is winnning a fight in a sandbox. Outside the sandbox, there is still the defeat of mankind awaiting you.

With the Matrix and Nemo, my summer is already a success !
